- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s nice and hot when your salmon goes in.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with lemon juice. Drizzle this all over the seasoned salmon fillets.
- Pop your baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top, and you’re ready to serve your delicious salmon!
