Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened Must be at room temperature for best results.
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs Room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup blue chocolate candies

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using an electric mixer, beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring they are fully incorporated before adding the next. Then, pour in the vanilla extract and mix.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and blue chocolate candies.
  7. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space in between each cookie.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Once baked, let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

To enhance the cookies, consider chilling the dough for 30 minutes for a thicker cookie. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
