Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface, pressing the seams together to form a rectangle.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle your cookie pieces over the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch slices and place on a greased baking sheet, leaving space for them to rise.
Baking and Icing
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the rolls are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then drizzle the icing over and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 20 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
