Ingredients
  

For the Layering
  • 2 cups crushed cookies any type you enjoy
  • 2 cups milk for soaking cookies
For the Cream Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or sprinkles optional, for topping

Preparation
  1. Start by crushing your chosen cookies into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
  4. Take a rectangular dish and layer the crushed cookies at the bottom, followed by a portion of the cream filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a cookie layer on top.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles.

Notes

To maintain ideal texture, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months. Serve chilled straight from the refrigerator.
