- 2 packages of Maria cookies or your favorite type
- 1 package of instant flan prepared according to package instructions
- 500 ml of milk split for the flan and cookie soaking
- 200 g of black chocolate for the ganache
- 100 ml of milk cream for the ganache
- Chocolate chips for decoration
Prepare the flan: Start by following the instructions on the flan package and allow it to cool once ready.
Form the layers: Lightly soak the Maria cookies in warm milk. Arrange them in a removable mold, forming a layer. Pour a layer of prepared flan over the cookies. Repeat until all components are used.
