  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and condensed milk. Cream together until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the creamy mixture until a soft dough forms.
  4. Scoop small portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until edges are slightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat at 350°F until warm.
