  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes using an electric mixer.
  2. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Be careful not to deflate your whipped cream!
Layering and Serving
  1. In a clear serving dish or individual cups, start by placing a layer of the cream mixture at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of your assorted fresh fruits, followed by more cream. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a creamy top layer.
  3. If you’re using granola, sprinkle it on top.
  4. Top off with colorful sprinkles or edible glitter for that extra delightful touch.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving so the flavors meld beautifully.
