Ingredients
  

For the Berry Mixture
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Make sure to slice for a better presentation.
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
For the Creamy Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can substitute with whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
For Garnish
  • Graham cracker crumbs Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish) Sprinkle on top before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Slice the strawberries and mix them with the whole blueberries and raspberries in a large bowl.
Making the Creamy Mixture
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy.
Combining Mixtures
  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
Assembling the Salad
  1. In a large serving bowl or individual parfait glasses, layer the mixed berries and creamy cheesecake mixture. Start with a layer of berries, then a scoop of cheesecake mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
Garnishing
  1. Finish with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top. Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing as textures do not hold up well upon thawing.
