#### **Step 1: Make the Crumble Topping**

Fill each muffin liner **2/3 full** with batter.
Sprinkle crumble topping generously over each muffin.
Bake for **18-22 minutes**, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
