  • 1 can of condensed milk 395g
  • 1 can of sour cream 300g
  • 1 box of Maria-Mole flavor coconut
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 can of milk same measurement as the can of condensed milk
  • 100 g grated coconut to mix and decorate

Instructions
 

  • Start by dissolving the Maria-Mole in the hot water. Stir well to ensure it’s completely dissolved—this will serve as the base of your pudding!
  • In a blender, combine the dissolved Maria-Mole, condensed milk, sour cream, and milk. Blend for about 3 minutes until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Once blended, gently fold in half of the grated coconut to add delicious texture and flavor.
  • Pour the mixture into a slightly greased pudding mold or dish.
  • Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours or until completely firm. This is where the magic happens!
  • When you’re ready to serve, unmold the pudding and sprinkle the remaining grated coconut on top for an added crunch.
