Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cod is opaque and flaky.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Substitutions include other white fish like halibut or snapper. Check cod after 20 minutes to avoid overcooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
