- In a large mixing bowl, add still-warm potatoes, diced celery, pickles (or relish), diced onions, and hard-boiled eggs (if using).
- Pour dressing over the potato mixture and gently fold until coated, preserving potato chunks.
Chilling
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
