Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and milk. Mix the ingredients until just combined.
- With damp hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, warm your marinara sauce on the stovetop.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them in the sauce atop pasta or in a sub, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.

Store in an airtight container with marinara sauce for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
