Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Method

Cooking the Dip
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Stir in the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until they are soft and fragrant.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, then add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and sour cream into the skillet. Stir continuously until everything is melted and combined smoothly.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until warm and bubbly.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve warm with tortilla chips, and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in short intervals in the microwave.
