Ingredients

Dough and Spices
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough Choose Halal-compliant biscuit dough.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together until well combined.
  4. Take each quartered biscuit and roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. In a bundt pan, layer the coated biscuit pieces, alternating with some brown sugar for extra sweetness.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Pour the butter and vanilla mixture over the layered biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
  8. Place the bundt pan in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Once baked, let it cool for about 10 minutes before flipping it over onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For perfect results, consider replacing half of the sugar with honey for a unique flavor. Be mindful of baking time and avoid overcrowding the bundt pan. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a maximum of 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
