Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Open the cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls, separate each roll, and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and stir gently to coat.
  5. Transfer the coated pieces into the greased baking dish and arrange them evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the bites are puffed and golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

For a healthier version, consider using whole-grain bread or cinnamon raisin bread instead of cinnamon rolls. To maintain texture, reheat leftovers in the oven or microwave as suggested.
