Ingredients

  • 1 can Cinnamon rolls (store-bought or homemade) Can use store-bought for convenience.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk Use whole milk for lighter texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon For extra flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For frying.
For Serving
  • to taste Maple syrup or powdered sugar For drizzling or dusting.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Coating and Cooking
  1. Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet, cooking until golden brown on all sides (about 4-5 minutes).
Baking
  1. Transfer the cooked bites to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes to set.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle with maple syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving warm.

Notes

For a lighter texture, use whole milk instead of heavy cream. Add a tablespoon of orange zest for a citrus twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
