#### Prepare the Bread:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
#### Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a cooling rack.
#### Add the Topping:
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Brush the melted butter over the top of the warm bread, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over it.
