Preheat your oven to 175 °C (350 °F) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
Slowly incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the bread is baking, prepare the topping by mixing together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Once the bread is out of the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, then brush the warm loaf with the topping while it’s still hot.
Slice the bread and enjoy it warm or at room temperature with your favorite beverage!
