Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Topping:
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175 °C (350 °F) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
  • Slowly incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • While the bread is baking, prepare the topping by mixing together the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Once the bread is out of the oven, let it cool for about 5 minutes, then brush the warm loaf with the topping while it’s still hot.
  • Slice the bread and enjoy it warm or at room temperature with your favorite beverage!
