Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the softened butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the base.
- Evenly distribute the mixed dried fruits over the crust, making sure to cover it well.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the top of the fruits.
- If desired, scatter white chocolate chips over the crumble topping.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan, then cut into bars and serve.
