- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined. This usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes. Be careful not to overheat!
- In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows until well distributed.
- Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well coated and combined. Make sure there are no dry patches!
- Spoon the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan or onto a lined baking sheet. Press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the treats are set and firm.

Notes
For variations, consider using dark chocolate chips or sugar-free peanut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
