Method
Preparation of Yogurt Mixture
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, strawberry puree, and honey (or maple syrup). Mix until well combined and smooth.
Filling the Molds
- Using a silicone mold or mini cupcake liners, spoon a layer of the strawberry yogurt mix into each section, filling them to about 1/2 full.
Freezing
- Place the mold in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm.
Melting Dark Chocolate
- While the yogurt bites are freezing, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until fully melted.
Coating the Bites
- Once the yogurt bites are firm, remove them from the mold. Dip each bite into the melted chocolate, coating them generously.
Garnishing
- Place the chocolate-coated yogurt bites on a parchment-lined tray and garnish with fresh strawberry pieces on top.
Final Freezing
- Return the tray to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
Serving
- Once the chocolate is set, your delicious Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are ready to be enjoyed!
