Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8 inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and flour.
- In another bowl, mix the milk and vanilla extract. Gradually combine the wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the surface.
Baking
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the cake.
Serving
- Let the cake cool slightly before serving it warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can freeze individual portions for up to 3 months.
