Chocolate Rosca Cake: A Delicious Delight for Everyone

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 245 ml of milk
  • 110 ml of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 10 g of sugar vanilla flavored
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 ml milk for soaking
  • 100 ml cream for ganache
  • 100 g chocolate for ganache

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). This ensures your cake bakes evenly and thoroughly.
  • Mix the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, cocoa powder, and the vanilla-flavored sugar. Blend everything together until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually incorporate the baking powder and all-purpose flour into your wet mixture, stirring until you have a cohesive batter.
  • Pour into Mould: Pour the batter into a well-buttered donut mould, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  • Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for around 40 minutes. You can check if it’s done by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s ready!
  • Soak the Cake: After baking, pour around 150ml of milk over the donut-shaped cake while it’s still warm. Let it absorb the milk, then remove it from the mould.
  • Prepare the Ganache: Heat the cream in a saucepan and add the chocolate. Stir together until smooth and glossy, then pour over the cooled cake.
