Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Whisk until everything is well-combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips, and pretzel pieces until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients and do not overmix the batter. Feel free to add your favorite nuts or candies.
