- Cut watermelon into 1-inch thick slices.
- Use cookie cutters to create fun shapes or keep slices as squares.
Melting Chocolate
- Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
- Avoid overheating to prevent a grainy texture.
Dipping Watermelon
- Hold watermelon slices by the rind and dip halfway into the melted chocolate.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
Adding Toppings
- Before chocolate sets, sprinkle desired toppings over the chocolate-covered portion.
Setting Chocolate
- Place dipped watermelon on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
Serving
- Remove from fridge and serve to family and friends.
