  1. Wash your strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling gently.
  5. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
