- Incorporate the vanilla extract for added flavor.
- Gently fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
- Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan, pressing down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set properly.
- Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares.
Notes
For best results, use heat-treated flour. Customize your mix-ins as desired, and reduce sugar for less sweetness. Store in an airtight container for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
