Chocolate Cheesecake: A Decadent Delight Worth Savoring!

Imagine sinking your fork into a rich and creamy slice of Chocolate Cheesecake, where each bite melts in your mouth and ignites your taste buds with joy! Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chocolate butter biscuits
  • 75 g melted butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 800 g cream cheese
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baked cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g dark chocolate for topping
  • 100 g cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Biscuit Base: Finely grind the chocolate butter biscuits in a blender or a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Melt the butter in a saucepan, combine with the biscuits, and mix well. Press the biscuit mixture into a springform pan (Ø 22 cm) to create a base.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: Melt dark chocolate over a water bath and let it cool. In a separate bowl, mix eggs with cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa, and vanilla extract. Fold in the melted chocolate gently until everything is well combined.
  • Bake the Cheesecake: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees for circulating air). Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscuit base in the springform pan and smooth the top. Bake for approximately 60 minutes, watching carefully.
  • Prepare the Topping: While the cheesecake is baking, chop dark chocolate for the topping. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Pour over the chopped chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Final Assembly: Once the cake is baked and cooled slightly, pour the chocolate topping over it, allowing it to spread evenly. Let it cool completely before slicing.
