  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, about 1-1.5 minutes total.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate and stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a handful for topping.
  5. Transfer the chocolate mixture into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved pistachios on top for an extra crunch.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let the bars cool in the pan before transferring them to a cutting board. Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat. Refrigerate for a firmer texture.
