Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, about 1-1.5 minutes total.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a handful for topping.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved pistachios on top for an extra crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the bars cool in the pan before transferring them to a cutting board. Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
