- In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- While the beef is marinating, slice your onions, and mince the garlic and ginger.
Cooking
- In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat until it's shimmering.
- Add the marinated beef to the hot pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until it's browned and cooked through.
- Toss in the sliced onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the onions become tender and translucent.
Serving
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Add optional toppings if desired and enjoy hot!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water to revive moisture.
