  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon dried chrysanthemum flowers
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot or kettle until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Once the water is hot, add 1 teaspoon of dried chrysanthemum flowers and 1 teaspoon of goji berries to the boiling water. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
  3. Remove the kettle from heat and let it steep, covered, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. After steeping, strain the tea into your favorite teacup. If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey and some lemon slices.
  5. Sip your Chinese Beauty Tea slowly, enjoying the warmth and aroma.
