- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is generously coated. For enhanced flavor, let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or longer.
Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs onto a baking tray or grill. Bake for about 35-40 minutes in the oven or grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven/grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
