Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz egg noodles or your choice of noodles
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions sliced, for garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method

Cooking Noodles
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Preparing Chicken
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Toss in your chosen vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas) and cook for another 3 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
Combining with Sauce
  1. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine everything for about 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Mixing in Noodles
  1. Gently fold the cooked noodles into the skillet, ensuring they get well-coated with the luscious teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing everything to blend.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Plate your Chicken Teriyaki Noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy your delicious creation!
