Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it down.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top, followed by the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
