  • 1 cup ranch dressing Feel free to substitute with your favorite dressing.
  • 2 cups cooked pasta Penne or rotini works best.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Any mix of your choice.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella are great options.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Adds a crunchy topping.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, cooked pasta, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it down.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top, followed by the breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For serving, pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
