Preparation
  1. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently. Gradually add the cheese while stirring continuously until it melts and becomes smooth.
  3. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it thoroughly with the creamy cheese sauce.
