Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the chicken mixture into a circle, aiming for about 1/4 inch in thickness.
Baking
- Bake the crust in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on top. Then add your favorite toppings and more cheese if desired.
- Return the pizza to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the toppings are cooked.
Serving
- Once done, let the pizza cool for a few minutes, slice it, and serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For reheating, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. You can freeze slices separated with parchment paper for up to a month.
