- Wash and slice the cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Set them aside.
Assembly
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by layering a handful of mixed salad greens, followed by slices of chicken, avocado, cucumber, and tomato.
- If you’re new to wrapping, fold the sides over the fillings, then roll from the bottom up tightly until you reach the top.
- Cut the wraps in half for easy eating. Optionally drizzle with olive oil or your favorite dressing to enhance the flavor.

You can customize the ingredients based on what you have on hand. Consider swapping chicken with turkey or chickpeas for a vegetarian option. Cooked chicken can be prepared in advance to save time.
