  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, fresh spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
Baking
  1. Sprinkle the cheese on top, followed by an even layer of breadcrumbs for that delightful crunch.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly on top.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize by swapping chicken for turkey or chickpeas for a vegetarian option. Mix different cheeses for added flavor. Avoid overbaking to keep it moist. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
