Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, stuffing mix, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
Baking
- Place the casserole in your preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken for added convenience. For storing, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) covered with aluminum foil.
