  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Make sure your chicken is Halal-approved.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed Ensure broccoli is steamed correctly to avoid overcooking.
  • 1 package stuffing mix Any flavor you prefer.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, stuffing mix, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
Baking
  1. Place the casserole in your preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken for added convenience. For storing, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) covered with aluminum foil.
