- Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with a spoon or fork.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
