Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Blend until smooth.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt until well incorporated.
- Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Use a fork to gently press down on each dough ball, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
Baking
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
- Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage, separated by parchment paper.
