Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts into the mixture, if using.
- Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, ensuring to leave some space between each cookie.
Baking
- Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 9-11 minutes, until cookies are slightly undercooked.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
