Cherry Cheesecake Rolls in the Air Fryer
Welcome to a delightful world of dessert! If you have a sweet tooth that craves something creamy, crispy, and oh-so-satisfying, you’re in for a treat with these Cherry Cheesecake Rolls in the Air Fryer.
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon optional
Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. This will be the luscious filling of your rolls.
Assemble the rolls: Take an egg roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture onto the wrapper, then add 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush the rolls with melted butter, then place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
Decorate and serve: Once they are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with powdered sugar and a dash of cinnamon if you like. Serve hot and enjoy!
