- Pour the rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, mix in the cherry-flavored candy melts and cherry pie filling until fully blended.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the Chex cereal and gently fold until all pieces are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the powdered sugar with the coated cereal, tossing carefully until well coated.
- If desired, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles and extra cherries for a visually appealing finish.
- Allow the mixture to cool and harden before serving for about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
