  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Add the cooked elbows back into the pot with the beef mixture.
  6. Slowly add the beef broth, stirring to combine all ingredients.
  7. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, allowing them to melt beautifully throughout the dish.
