Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken filling onto each tortilla. Roll tightly to create logs and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake the roll-ups in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, warm tortillas slightly in the microwave before rolling. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
