Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie or leftover chicken.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Optional, can substitute with turkey bacon or omit.
For assembly
  • 1 package tortillas Use flour or corn tortillas.
  • to taste green onions, for garnish Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
  3. Place a generous amount of the chicken filling onto each tortilla. Roll tightly to create logs and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake the roll-ups in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, warm tortillas slightly in the microwave before rolling. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
