Assembly
- Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous portion of the mashed potato mixture in the center, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a handful of crispy tater tots.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Final Bake
- Place the rolled burritos on a baking sheet seam side down and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are lightly golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
