Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Fold in the sautéed shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Serve with a fresh garden salad and crusty bread or garlic knots. For added flavor, pair with a crisp white wine or lemon-lime soda. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
