Boil or Grill the Corn:
If boiling, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Coat the Corn:
Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture generously.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese all over the corn.
Top it off with mozzarella or cheddar cheese, and optionally broil for 1-2 minutes until it’s melty.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving, and enjoy warm!
