Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn husked
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise optional, for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

  • Boil or Grill the Corn:
  • If boiling, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Make the Garlic Butter:
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Coat the Corn:
  • Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture generously.
  • Add the Cheese:
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese all over the corn.
  • Top it off with mozzarella or cheddar cheese, and optionally broil for 1-2 minutes until it’s melty.
  • Garnish & Serve:
